Adam Moulson and Maria Campbell join Griffin as Chief Commercial Officer and VP of People

Griffin has expanded its executive leadership, appointing Adam Moulson as Chief Commercial Officer and Maria Campbell as VP People.

Griffin, the Banking as a Service platform currently seeking bank authorisation from the PRA and FCA, has expanded its executive leadership appointing Adam Moulson as Chief Commercial Officer and Maria Campbell as VP of People.

Adam joins Griffin having previously served on the executive team as Chief Customer Officer at Form3, the UK's leading cloud-native payment processing platform.

Maria joins Griffin from her recent position as VP People at Permutive, where she helped scale the firm from 30 to 90 employees and their Series B round. Prior to that she led the People function at Snyk, GoCardless, and challenger bank Monzo.

Griffin, which is currently seeking bank authorisation from the PRA and FCA, will work with the two new executives on continuing to build out the team and developing their core proposition.
