Griffin announces the appointment of Amy Kirk to its Board as Senior Independent Director (SID), effective from 3rd November 2020. This appointment brings the number of Board members to seven.

Amy brings more than 25 years’ of UK and international retail banking and consumer lending experience, having held executive positions in lending, risk and operations at Bank of America, OneSavings Bank and Wonga Group. Prior to her move to the UK, Amy was the Director of Credit for the largest credit card issuer in the United States, MBNA America. Amy also sits on the Boards of Monzo and FCMB Bank (UK) Ltd.
